Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Carriers
• We use reputable shipping carriers, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally.
Damages
• We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Changes to Shipping Address
